Order Acceptance Policy
Payment shall be made by a credit card, or through Pay Pal. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason. For credit card payments, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Product Availability & Pricing
We cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, these items may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

Pricing on the Online Store is good for in stock quantity and only good if purchased through our website. If you need additional items above what we have in stock please contact us for pricing.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipment of all products ordered via the Online Store is done from Ramco Innovations in West Des Moines, IA. Ramco Innovations uses UPS and various customs agencies (for outside USA) deliveries. Ramco Innovations is not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any "reasonable" delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames. Shipment by Ground Courier can take up to 10 business days for delivery or Express Courier which can take up to 3 business days for delivery. Shipping time frames are once the order has been processed. Due to high demand, order processing can take 1 to 3 business days.

The on-time delivery guarantee does not apply to shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond UPS's control, including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, delays caused by the consignee, acts of God, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises, acts or omissions of Customs or similar authorities, riots, circumstances arising before, during, or after a strike or other labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in the air or ground transportation network (such as weather phenomena), and natural disasters. Out of Stock items
Do not place orders for items marked "OUT OF STOCK". These orders will be automatically canceled.

Payment
Payment of all items purchased via the Online store is credit card only. Credit cards accepted are VISA, MasterCard and American Express. All products ordered in the Online store will be charged in US Dollars. Taxes will be charged based on the shipping address if applicable. We do not accept payment by Check or Money order.
